Prioritizing Clientele
The Sliding scale rate is available and priced by the individual's capacity to pay for their session due to their financial situation. Sliding Scale fee can fluctuate.
This fee structure exists to help make therapy more affordable and available for folks who don't have the same access to mental health services as financially privileged communities. A sliding fee scale may be ideal for folks who need to pay out of pocket because they don't have health insurance or cannot access quality mental health service through their health insurance.

Out-of-network
I am not accepting insurance at this time. Many people are able to get reimbursed by their insurance provider if they have out-of-network coverage. I can provide you with the necessary paperwork (“Superbill”) that your insurance provider needs to reimburse you. Please check with your insurance provider to find out about your eligibility.
A few questions to ask your insurance provider to determine your coverage for reimbursement:
1) Are therapy visits for outpatient mental health services covered?
2) How much is my deductible?
3) How much of my deductible have I already met this year?
5) What is my out-of-network deductible for outpatient mental health services?
6) Do I need to be referred by an in-network provider to someone out-of-network?
7) How do I submit claim forms for reimbursement?
